Convert Your Air Canada Buddy Pass to 30000 Aeroplan Points

Updated on Apr 20, 2021: After 14 business days wait, I finally saw the 30000 Aeroplan points in my account. BTW, this promotion has been extended to May 28, 2021.

 

If you applied the new version Aeroplan credit card (TD / CIBC / AmEx), you may receive a Buddy Pass from Air Canada as part of your welcome bonus. You can check if you have the Buddy Pass in the Air Canada app => "Available benefits".

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, you may not have any travel plan so far. Now you can convert this Buddy Pass to 30000 Aeroplan points.

I just did it by calling Aeroplan (1-800-361-5373) => click "1" for English => enter your Aeroplan number => enter your Aeroplan account pin => click "3". Then Aeroplan representative can help you send a request in the system. Normally, you will see this 30000 Aeroplan points after 10 - 14 business days. This conversion offer may ends on Apr 30, 2021 May 28, 2021.

AmEx Cobalt: Earn 4 bonus points for every $1 in qualifying purchases

Capital One Costco MasterCard Bonus Cash Back (Expired)

How it works:

1. Shop on Costco.ca.
2. When paying for your purchase, use your Capital One Costco Mastercard.
3. Once your Costco.ca purchases have been successfully processed, your cash back earned will be calculated according to the amount you've spent on all other purchases (outside of gas and restaurants) so far this year:
4. if your total spent on all other purchases is up to $3,000, you'll earn 0.5% cash back on your Costco.ca purchases from April 2-5, 2021;
5. if your total spent on all other purchases is more than $3,000, you'll earn 1% cash back on your Costco.ca purchases during that same period;
