Updated on Aug 15, 2025: There will be an update to Public Mobile Rewards program, effective Oct 15, 2025:
- Points-back earning will decrease from 5% to 2%
- Anniversary bonus will decrease from 10 points to 5 points
Public Mobile is a Canadian mobile service provider, currently owned by Telus and operating on the Telus network (which means that Public Mobile's network coverage is the same as Telus network).
Current Public Mobile rewards program is Public Points program. You can redeem Public Points with ratio 1 point = 1 dollar. At Public Mobile, you have multiple ways to earn Public Points:
- As a welcome present, Public Mobile will give you 5 points.
- Earn points just by paying your bill. For every dollar you spend, you’ll make
5%2% of it back in points. - Earn
105 points for every 12 months you stay with Public Mobile. Think of it as an anniversary present. - Earn 1 point for every month a friend you refer stays with Public Mobile. Your friend receives a one-time credit of $10.
- Earn up to 20 points per month by helping the Public Mobile community online.
