Walmart to stop accepting Visa cards in Canadian stores
News Link: http://globalnews.ca/news/2755692/walmart-to-stop-accepting-visa-cards-in-canadian-stores/
Based on Global News: Walmart soon won’t accept Visa card. A spokesperson for Walmart Canada said that the fees associated with Visa are just too expensive.
The change will start with three stores in Thunder Bay on July 18, and then be rolled out across the rest of the country. So far there is no official time frame for when your local store will stop accepting it.
So, I guess everyone in Canada need to carry one good MasterCard in their wallet. Which one is your favorite?
