This offer is only available to new SimplyCash Preferred Card from American Express Cardmembers. You can earn 10% cash back for the first 4 months of Card membership, up to a maximum of $4,000 in purchases (equal to $400 cash back). So, your actual welcome bonus will be $400 - $99 (annual fee) = $301. After that, the cash back will be 2%.
