From now until January 31, 2023, when you create a 3-month AmEx Plan It plan, AmEx will waive the fees. No fees will be charged on a 3-month installment plan and no interest will be charged on the amount placed in the plan as long as you make your required payments on time and do not cancel the plan before it is paid in full. And you will still earn all the rewards with your AmEx Card.
