As of October 17, 2022, TELUS customers with Consumer Mobility and Home Services will be charged a 1.5% Credit Card Processing Fee (plus tax) if they choose to make a bill payment by credit card. The Credit Card Processing Fee applies to both One Time and Pre-Authorized Credit Card bill payments.
To avoid the Credit Card Processing Fee, customers can choose to make their bill payment with an alternative option. The following payment options are not subject to the Credit Card Processing Fee and can be completed in My TELUS:
- Pay Through Bank (One-Time Bank Payment)
- Pre-Authorized Chequing (Recurring Bank Payment)
- Visa Debit
- Visa Prepaid
- Mastercard Prepaid
