No more AmEx SPG referral bonus???

As you know, for now as the Basic Cardmember of AmEx SPG, you could earn a referral bonus of 10,000 Starpoints for each approved referral up to a maximum annual referral bonus of 150,000 Starpoints. But, AmEx may want to change this in the near future.
